Floor Plan and Community Layout

The condo building consists of six separately owned units. Our unit is located on the ground floor on the right side (from the back)

The pool complex is located on the lower right side.� The walk to the pool area takes only a few minutes.�

Our Condo has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen and living room share a common area which makes for great family time. The lanai has a large Weber gas BBQ. The backyard is a vast grass play area and lava rocks separates our yard from the Ocean Golf Course at Waikoloa.
